COVID-19: our commitment to safety

We are committed to safety guidelines based on publicly available COVID-19-related guidance from the World Health Organization and the US Centers for Disease Control.

√ Practicing good hygiene

Follow hand washing guidelines and ensure all participants wear a protective face covering. We have hand sanitizer available throughout the tours.

√ Limiting group sizes

We only offer shared tours with up to 6 guests to allow for appropriate social distancing. We can make special arrangements for private groups.

√ Avoiding physical contact

Practice social distancing as recommended by the relevant local authority.

√ Following cleaning guidelines

If applicable, clean and sanitize accessible spaces before every experience.
